The Only answer I know is one simple word -- "forgiveness." You decide by an act of your will, not through your emotions or feelings, to forgive the persons or situation that you hate so badly. The Bible teaches us that we can forgive from our hearts. "So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses" (Mt. 18:35).
