I. CREATION DECLARES THE GLORY OF GOD [v. 1-6]

 

1. There is a God [Ps. 14:1, 53:1]

 

2. You are Not Him [Ezekiel 28:2, Acts 12:21-23]

 

Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God

 

3. Jesus is God [Jn. 1, Col. 1, Phil. 2, Is. 9:6]

 

II. THE BIBLE IS THE WORD OF GOD [Ps. 19:7ff]

3. It Should Be Our Final Resort [Rm. 4:1-3]

 

III. BELIEVERS ARE REDEEMED [Ps. 107:2, Galatians 3:13]

 

Charles Spurgeon said, “Never forget the three Whats. First, What from? Secondly, What by? And, thirdly, What to?

 

1. What from? Believers are redeemed from hell and destruction. [Rm. 3:23-24, 6:23]

 

2. What by? By the precious blood of Christ. [1 Peter 1:18-19]

 

3. What to? To an inheritance, incorruptible, undefiled, and that fadeth not away. [1 Peter 1:3-5]
